The process begins when you complete our online form, providing us with essential details about your sourcing requirements, product preferences, and business goals.

STEP 2: PROPOSAL PRICE AND AGREEMENT

Once we receive your form, our team will prepare a proposal price based on your requirements.

If you agree with the proposed terms, we’ll proceed to create a Purchase Order for your selected products. A 50% down payment will be required at this stage to initiate the sourcing process.

After the down payment, we will provide you with a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that outlines the terms, responsibilities, and timeline for the sourcing project.

STEP 3: FORMULATION OF PRODUCT

Our experts will collaborate with you to conceptualize the product according to your specifications subject to the feasibility of the formulation. We’ll work on creating a product that aligns with your vision and meets quality standards. Likewise, in this stage, we can also provide samples subject to a certain fee.

STEP 4: PACKAGING DESIGN (1 MONTH)

During this phase, our design team will develop packaging concepts for your product. We understand the importance of visually appealing packaging as well as the FDA-approved standards for packaging and labeling. We’ll work closely with you to finalize a design that resonates with your brand and target audience.

STEP 5: SUBMISSION FOR FDA APPROVAL (2-3 MONTHS)

Regulatory compliance is crucial. We’ll compile all necessary documentation and submit your product for approval to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This process typically takes 2 to 3 months, during which we’ll keep you updated on the progress.

STEP 6: DELIVERY

Once FDA approval is obtained, we’ll move forward with the production process which takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Your products will be manufactured, packaged, and prepared for delivery.

We’ll coordinate the logistics to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your products to your specified location.

Throughout these steps, our team will maintain open communication with you, providing updates, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that your sourcing experience is efficient and successful.
